Rates and Conditions:

Low season: May 1- June 14 and

September 15 – October 31 $200 plus 15% HST per night

 High season:  June 15 - September 14 $250 plus 15% HST per night

This cottage is self catering and is cleaned before and after each guest. Please ensure all dishes, cutlery and pots are cleaned before checkout. 

 

Cancellation policy:

Full refund of deposit when cancelled in excess of 30 days of occupancy date;

80% payment refund  within 30 days of occupancy date if we can rebook.
